Refund policy

Returns are accepted only within 48 hours of delivery and only if the error is from our side (wrong or damaged item).
Unboxing video is mandatory and must be recorded while opening the sealed package.
If worn jewellery items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons as it cannot be resold.
No return or replacement will be accepted without an unboxing video.
